BRAZIL STEFANO UM MUNDO NOVO – DARK ROOM LOT ALECRIM

This is the Pink Bourbon from Fazenda Um, which was also very popular last year.

During the drying process,  it used a “dark room” method, which involves strict temperature and humidity control in a light-proofed room.

This coffee features a chocolate-like flavor and sweetness with fruity notes reminiscent of strawberry and blueberry jam.
