Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Reasons
We generally do not accept order cancellations, changes, or returns for reasons such as "the item is not what I expected" or "I ordered the wrong item." Please place your order with this in mind.
Returns or Exchanges Due to Product Defects
If you receive an item different from your order, or if there are issues such as damage or quality defects, we will accept returns under the following process:
- Please notify us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving the product.
- After contacting us, please return the incorrect or defective product via cash-on-delivery shipping within 7 days of receipt.
- We will send a replacement item.
Note: The shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
