If the requested personal information does not exist, the customer will be notified. However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
9. Correction of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") of their personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act for reasons such as incorrect information, our shop will promptly investigate within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use and make the necessary corrections based on the results. The customer will be notified of the correction or the decision not to make corrections, if applicable. However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to correct the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of their personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act due to reasons such as use beyond the disclosed purpose or acquisition by improper means, and the request is found to have merit, our shop will promptly carry out the Suspension of Use, etc., after verifying the request is from the customer. The customer will be notified of the Suspension of Use, etc., or the decision not to suspend use, if applicable. However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
