-Intenational: DHL Express/EMS

Shipping Fees

Japan-wide flat rate of 700 yen (tax included)

International shipping fee will be decided by weight of package.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated in the cart and displayed at checkout. If the total amount of your order is 7,000 yen or more, we will send it to you free of charge. (Only for domestic shipping)

Shipping Date

Orders will be shipped within three business days.

For bank transfer payments, shipments will be made after the payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

The shortest delivery time varies depending on the payment method and delivery region.

Checking Delivery Status

You can check the delivery status by entering your tracking number on the DHL Express Co., Ltd. website.

Changing Delivery Date or Time

Changes to delivery dates or times are generally not possible before shipment. After shipment, please contact the delivery carrier directly to make changes.

If You Are Not Available at Delivery

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. Please arrange for redelivery directly with the carrier.

The storage period for packages is seven days from the first delivery attempt. If the storage period expires, the package will be returned to our company.

For reshipment of returned packages, additional return and reshipping fees will be charged. Please note that, at our discretion, we may decline to reship the package.

Invoices are not included by default as part of our paperless initiative. If you require an invoice or receipt.
