BRAZIL STEFANO UM MUNDO NOVO – DARK ROOM LOT ALECRIM
This is an experimental coffee that uses co-fermentation during the fermentation process as a new initiative from Fazenda UM.
The coffee cherries and rosemary are placed in an anaerobic tank and fermented for 48 hours. The drying process is carried out in an appropriate environment with strict temperature and humidity control in a light-blocked room.
It has a sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and dark chocolate and a subtle herbal flavor, making it a gentle coffee that is recommended for when you want to take a break.
