In the highland area of Todos Santos Cuchumatan, traditional methods of pulping, fermentation, and drying—now increasingly rare—are practiced. This special lot features exclusively Bourbon variety.

From this coffee, you'll find apricot-like fruitiness, a gentle sweetness reminiscent of dried fruit, and bright acidity. At lower temperatures, cocoa notes become apparent. You can enjoy pleasant flavor and silky texture to the last sip.
