Introducing Jesus's Castillo, which we also introduced at ULT last year. It has elegant flavor reminiscent of blood orange, honey, and apricot.
The El Placer farm is located in Tolima, one of Colombia's most renowned coffee-growing regions. The coffee cherries ripen slowly at over 2,000 meters in altitude, resulting in rich sweetness and complex flavors.
